Overview: This secluded house was recently built on the waterfront of picturesque Dalaruan Bay along the Sabang Peninsula close to Puerto Galera and La Laguna. The house is octagonal with the main living space and one bedroom on the main floor, the main bedroom suite upstairs, and the staff quarters below. It has an open sala overlooking the sea. The sala can be transformed into a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom on the top level facing the sea has a spectacular view. The house has a private dock and moorings and a motorboat that takes guests to many beautiful beaches within a few minutes from the house.
